Research purpose
Frictera conducts structured research to understand operational friction in industries such as property operations, recruitment, trades and professional services. The purpose is to identify patterns, validate assumptions and inform the design of governed automation services. Research is always conducted lawfully, transparently and with respect for the people and organisations involved.
Sources of information
Our research draws on:
- Publicly available information published by companies, regulators and industry bodies.
- Public directories, company registries and professional listings.
- Direct conversations with research participants who have given informed consent.
- Anonymised operational data supplied by clients under agreement.

Independence and integrity
Research findings are reported honestly and without selective omission. We disclose limitations in sample size, source reliability and confidence levels. Frictera does not pay for positive findings or accept editorial control from research sponsors.
Ethical boundaries
We do not use deception, false identities or coercive methods to obtain information. We do not contact individuals who have asked not to be contacted. Research involving identifiable people or sensitive business information is reviewed before publication or sharing.
Current research programmes
Our current active research programme is focused on property operations in Dubai, including brokerages and property management organisations. Findings are used to shape pilot offerings and are not shared publicly without explicit consent.
